Online Art Group Film

Over the last few months we’ve been busy making plans to help protect the future of our beloved Online Art Group. To help us shout about the importance of this group and the space it creates for everyone who takes part, we’re proud to launch our new short film and online exhibition!

The Film

Filmmaker Hannah Earl has captured conversations with Lead Artist Gemma Dunnell and group member Ember Kelly, highlighting the positive impact the group has had on both artists and members involved, and the importance of accessible creative opportunities for those who may be isolated due to circumstantial limitations.

We are sharing the film with local and regional organisations to encourage support from funders and to inspire more people to join us. You can watch the film above or click here: https://youtu.be/uMVoRZyLb_U

The Exhibition

We also wanted to take the opportunity to celebrate our wonderful group members, and the work they have made during, or that has been inspired by, our Online Art Group sessions. Head to the Exhibition tab at the top of the page, or click here, to view our very first Online Art Group Exhibition. As the sessions continue, we’ll be updating the exhibition to include even more artwork, so make sure to check back in from time-to-time.
