We welcome artist Sara Dudman back to lead the SAW Online Art Group in the New Year with ‘Signs of Spring’ – a series of online painting sessions focusing on making studies of winter flowers as we gently wander into spring.

Spotting the first snowdrops in the middle of winter, offers a promise of spring just around the corner. Before we know it, the bright and cheery colours of crocuses and daffodils appear and we know the lighter days are on their way. Look forward to snowdrops and crocuses, hellebores in January, followed by daffodils and primroses in February – lots of cheery signs of life stirring again.

We will lose ourselves in the joy of colour, texture, pattern, and shape. These sessions will be predominantly painting, with a few mixed media and other surprises tucked up Sara’s sleeve – enjoy!

And in the meantime we still have December sessions with the wonderful Gary Mills on December 6th and 20th, see you there.
